I need to create a user in CCM who can access to CDR Reports. I have just create one with the following steps:
1. User Management >> Roles. I create a new rol associated with tha Application: Cisco Call Manager Administration
2. User Management >> User Group. Then I associated the roles create before.
3. User Managemente >> Create a User and associated it with the user group I created before.
I have test it, but it only have access to read only the options from the Cisco Call Manager Administration Application, but the CDR option appears in the
Cisco Unified Serviceability Application. Can I give this user the privileges to access the CDR Report too just to read them? Do i need to create a user associated with the Cisco Unified Serviceability Application? i have done that too, but with this form the user can only see 3 options in the
Cisco Unified Serviceability Application, but not the CDR option.
