Currently users behind a 2621 router with a t1 connection to the hub site in which they use that t1 to gain network acess, internet and voip. That t1 keeps dropping.

I am investigating with ISP. As usual, they have me always doughting and thinking it is a problem on the cisco equipment. I am falling for it again, but need to cover my self.

This is the error I see in the log that got me thinking.

Hello,

the message is a bit strange but should not be related to T1 data problems.

To cover yourself, upgrade to latest IOS, check memory available, then follow up with circuit provider.
