Need to replace Caller-ID on Call Transfer

Hello,

I want to replace the original caller-ID with a different information when transfering a call on Cisco Call-Manager

Actual Situation:

  1. Customer (Bob) call my support line (ABC)
  2. Call is answered by our support team during support hours
  3. Caller-ID display (Bob) phone number

Required Change:

  1. Customer (Bob) call my support line (ABC)
  2. After regular business hours, the Call is transfered to external support center to give level-1 support
  3. Caller-ID display (Bob) phone number
    1. I require the transfer call to display caller-ID as call from compagny (ABC)

I did try to change the settings in the Forwarded Call Information (without any luck)

[ ] Display Caller Name

[ ] Caller Number

[ ] Redirected Number

[ ] Dialed Number
