Network module interface

Hi i have a question related to the component: NM-2W so can we use VIC2-4FXO with that network module within cisco 3845?

No.

VIC2-4FXO, if no WIC slots are available in the 3845 chassis, must be used with an NM-x1V.

This URL will make everything clear with regards to NM-2W and supported sub modules. It would appear that the VIC2-4FXO is incompatible with NM-2W.
