New cluster, new subs won't show up for CM group

I just built a 7.1.3-31900 set of call managers in our lab, 3 to be exact.  The publisher first then the two subscribers one at a time.  I then upgarded the whole cluster but did not reboot.  I swapped to the active partition on the publisher then both subs once the pub was up and good.

Everything seems good and replication is good but when I go to build the CM group there are no call managers available.  Anyone seen this before?  Last time I did this in the lab I didn't have any issues.

Probably because CM Service is not started on the servers. Also, make sure you defined CM Servers referencing the servers.

And thanks Chris.
