I need to buy a new server that is support by CM 5.0. I have looked at the supported platforms on CCO, but all part numbers listed for servers are discontinued by HP, including all the new G5's. I know this is just a part number change and not that the actual model is no longer available, but here's my question. As long as a match the exact specs the server should be supported, correct? I'm looking at buying a new DL320 G4 for a subscriber at a remote site. The specs are below but it does not match Cisco's listed part number. This was never a problem with CM 4.X, but 5.X seems a little more picky. HP servers are programmed/embedded with their part number. Does the CM 5.X install look for that part number or only the specs?
