Has anyone come across this before, we have a customer who have a UDP that results in really large font display on any phone the user logs into with that UDP, even deleting and recreating the UDP has not fixed the issue....the display for the Line and the DN remains very big. The phone load is
Check your end user configuration, as in, what locale you have used.
If set to "English, United States" this would appear to cause the telephone text to appear larger on the screen than when using locale set to "English (British), United Kingdom"

Yes spot on the customer had the wrong local set a mixture of english united states and english........
