NFAS configuration woes:nfas_T3OOS_timeout()

I am trying to get a CME to work with a DMS-500/CS2K with 2 T1s.

Although the 2 ends are happy when the T1s are configured independently, when configured for NFAS I get timeout errors and flapping between the primary and backup D channels.The CME is running IOS version 12.4(9) and the configuration and console output is shown in the attached file.

I am no ISDN expert and know even less about the DMS-500, so any help or hints would be very much appreciated.

T3OOS is the timer that is started when Layer 2 (both FAS and NFAS) fails to become active. It delays (5 seconds is the default value) the attempt to reestablish Layer 2.
