Can the nic teaming feature be enabled on the HP DL380 series servers? If so is there a minimum SP release needed on the OS/CM versions?

Yes, it can be enabled.
-Cisco-approved, customer-provided HP DL380 G2 server
-Cisco-approved, customer-provided HP DL380 G3 server, including single and dual processors
-Cisco-approved, customer-provided HP DL320 G2 server
-Cisco-approved, customer-provided HP DL320 G3 server
-Cisco-approved, customer-provided HP DL320 G4 server
-Cisco-approved, customer-provided HP DL380 G4 server, including single and dual processors
If you are running CCM 4.1(3) you need at least 2000.2.7sr2.
In CCO do a search for HP DL380 NIC team and you will find useful links depending the current OS.

Th issue I have ran into is every time you open a TAC case they will say it is NOT supported and request you remove the team. The way that some aspects of the application are bound to the NIC address in the registry also are reasons why you cannot image the servers either. That and Micosoft SQL does not work well imaged....
