NIC teaming

Does Cisco support nic teaming on ,

a. Cisco Unified Mobility Manager

b. Cisco Unified Operations Manager

c. Cisco CER

can tell about Operations Manager. Teaming is supported on UCOM.

NIC Teaming is function of OS, not CallManager itself. So, if you are using Cisco approved platform, NIC teaming is supported. I believe that only very old servers were supplied with one NIC, all decent servers have two NICs, and the can be teamed by using appropriate HP or IBM driver. Again, it does not matter what application you run on a server.

That makes sense. I have so far successfully done teaming on Unity and CM 5.0. IPCC doesnt support teaming. Will be configuring teaming on CUOM soon.

With Mobility manager i dont see any command in linux CLI like in Callmanager 5.0 (set network failover enable). So not sure if this is possible with Mobility manager.
