Nice recording- CUCM

In our environment- CUCM 6.0 ,we have just been in formed by Nice in the last week that their product does not work with SIP trunking and they are returning to their labs to test with Cisco- has any one got this working for 200+ users with EM

Hi,

Not sure about NICE, but I am using Witness with SIP Trunk to CUCM 6.1 and it works fine. Did you check the compatibility matrix from NICE with CUCM 6.0?

The project is being run by Nice themselves so this should been all checked out prior to the start. Are you running EM on Cisco , how many users?

We installed CUCM 6.1(1) in November and have been unsuccessful in getting NICE Total Recording to work (via their recommended SIP trunk configuration). NICE is currently "looking at the situation" but no word yet. Have you had any word from NICE?

I have a document from NICE on how to set up CallManager 5.x and 6.x for Total Recording but its to large to post here.

We got it working yesterday with "total" though Nice were not sure what Total means now as it has changed slightly however we had an issue in that if the CCM which is registered, used by the SIP is in another subnet it failed, moving it to the same subnet as the Nice recorders it work. Still looking into it incase it is a routing/ networking. The Nice recorder was replying back to the initial invite with a loopback address instead of the voice logger- the Nice set up is on two servers- application and voice logger so the initial invite is to the application and the application responds back to the handset/Bib with the Voice Logger address but in our case 127.x.x.x until we moved it
