I'm done tuning another CME / B-ACD / CUE setup for a customer. They got like 60 extensions and quite busy, on a 2851. This was the 8th hunt-group we set for them. They never had any issues after startup.

At some point I tough a reload was necessary but the problem was with me, eventually all worked as supposed.

IOS ip voice 12.4(11)XJ3 (no crypto) I've left XJ4 for a next reboot just in case.

Again, nice to see, a stable system and happy users.

Nice to hear that, running XJ3/CUE 2.3on my end.

I have similar configure 3 month ago, everything seems fine.

But my customer does ask me one question, why CUE doesnt play like "please leave message after tone, when you finish hang up and hold for more option".

What my customer wants is that give a caller a option to call another extension after leave a message. No need to hang up and call again.

No, CUE 2.3 doesn't do this. I'm not sure about 3.0/3.1.
