Night Mode or Call Transfer In CCM5

hi

I need to Transfer a incoming call coming to a Reception Phone TO more than 5 users in her absence.(that is at the same time in her absence reception phone calls should be forwarded to more than 5 users so that any one of them will pick up the call)

Can ANy one help Me
