NightBell callpickup reception issue

When calls are forwarded to a NightBell and a user answers a call via GroupPickup, the user cannot hear the caller at all, but the caller can hear the user. This happens randomly and only from external calls .In other words, when an external call comes into reception, the reception phone is set to forward calls to the NightBell. When a user picks up the call from GroupPickup, the user cannot hear the caller, but the caller can hear the user. Any ideas?

Which is the callmanager version you are using?

This issue is mainly due to one way voice issue. you can try this document for one way voice issue.
