NM-CUE Crash Recovery

When I try to bring up my NM-CUE, I get the following mesages. Does anyone recognize this? Does anyone know how to recover from it? It promps me to enter boot information but it never seems to be able to access my FTP server.


c - change boot params

e - print fatal exception

Looks like a BUG - CSCec51786,

press '***' when prompted and then type 'boot disk'?

1. Shutdown the CUE(

2. Powerdown the router.

3. Take out the NM.

4. Put it back in.

5. Power on the router.
