NME-CUE Lic install procedure

Am so used to unity never imagined that I would be asking this. Does anyone know howyou install the Lic

file to a Cisco Unity Express.

I tried the

License install tftp://192.168.2.20/licfile.lic

and tried diffrent combinations of the same with no progress.

Hi Bob, did you try this command:

se-172-16-0-0# software install clean url ftp://ftp_server_ip_address/path/Cisco-Unity-Express-license-package-filename username
username password password

license install ftp://ccm:ccm@192.168.2.21/path/FOC14024D0A_20100417181554967.lic

license install tftp://192.168.2.21/path/FOC14024D0A_20100417181554967.lic

Hi Bob, you can try the above command, make sure you have the FTP server already configured. Also, always make a backup of your configuracion.
