NME-CUE not working

Hi,

I am facing issue with my cisco unity module (NME-CUE). My router (2911) rebooted accidently and it boot with the IOS 15.2. after that my voice mail system gone down. In 15.2 it is not taking command for integrated service engine. Now I have reloaded my router with the IOS 15.0(1) which is supported with NME-CUE module. And now i am unable to configure it as it is not taking the integrated service engine command. When I do diagnostic , it shows "the port adapter is disbaled"

Can anyone help me on this?

Try reseating the entire NM adapter.

I have unplugged it and plugged it again on the router, but it is still showing port adapter is disbaled.

Then if after power cycle, still problem, the unit is faulty and must be replaced.
