No audio issue

Hi All

We have cisco voip environment and sometimes users complain that when day call outside there have no audio. There is no audio on IP Phone and Mobile. Call is going outside via H323 Gateway using ISDN PRI. We can see IP Phone is transmitting packets but it receives nothing.

I have captured the “show call active voice brief” for a particular call. Can anyone explain me the below output little

No audio issue

Hi,

take a look at this:

Can you take a look at the E1 controller (sho contr e1) and also the D-Channel, represented by Serial interface 1/0:15. Do you see any issues with that?

It's either something bad happening on the network side (packets are not routed), but it's more likely a problem with the telco provider.

Hi Gergely

Thanks a lot for the information. We checked the network side and we didn't find any issue there. We saw packets from IP Phone correctly delivered to Gtaeway.

Does anyone know that problem with DSPs can cause this kind of issue?
