No Audio when pressing the solid Red button for Barge call

can someone pls. tell me what i am missing?
there is No Audio when pressing the solid Red button for Barge call.


-the observer is the one Barging the call.

-Observer's phone is 8961.
-Agent's phone is 6941.
all config parameters are ok.
-BIB is ON.
-Privacy is Off.
-same Partition

(we are using CUCM version: 8.6.1.21019-1)

No Audio when pressing the solid Red button for Barge call

Agent's number is Shared Line to Observer's Phone (Line #2).

Tried this to another set-up. That is having the same Phone unit which are both 8961.

(for Observer's and Agent's Phone)

But to NO AVAIL.

(I have configured everything as the cisco docs suggests with regards to call Barge.

and even applied some changes as advised already on some related topics/discussions here)

Mum having the same problem trying to get single button barge working on 8861...
