no busy tone when calling to pstn ccm 4.1.(2)sr1 ?

Hi all,

We have 2 questions. We have ccm 4.1.(2)sr1 and VoiceGateway Cisco 5350 connected to pstn via 2 E1 channels.

1. no busy tone (short beeps) when calling to pstn and when abonent is busy ?

2. when calling to one mobile operator there are no long beeps until abonent  answers ? with another mobile operators everithig is ok.

we suppose misconfigured signaling between ccm and pstn.

How are the E1 trunks provisioned (ISDN, CAS, E1R2)? What  is the gateway configured as in CUCM?

Since it's an H.323 gateway, the changes to ISDN plan/type need to be done on the gateway and not within CUCM. Use the isdn map command under the Serial  interface.
