I have faced a problem getting call progress tone with TCL IVR 2 on 2801 gateway with 12.4 IOS. There is PSTN number handled by TCL script which does authentication, collects a number and routes it to UCM 8.6. Everything works well if I call IP phone DN but if I call a number routed to MGCP controlled gateway (2811) I can't hear call progress tone but dialed phone connected to PBX rings. To ensure it is IVR problem I removed application from incoming dial-peer and got CP tone. ISDN traces on treminating 2811 gateway with and without my application on originating 2801 gateway are identical, call flows with PI = 8.
I place the call with the following code:
set callInfo(guid) $dest_guids
set callInfo(incomingGuid) $guid
set callInfo(accountNum) $account
set callInfo(displayInfo) "DISA $account"
set callInfo(originationNumPI) "presentation_allowed"
leg setup $destination callInfo
I tried to place "leg progress -p 8" but nothing changed.
Have anybody faced such problem? Where should I look for passing inband CP tones?
