no called party info on isdn q931

hi,

I have the following problem, there is no called Party Info in the ISDN debug, therefore the call could not be connectd correctly. The call will be connected but to the NULL number. I think this i why you need at least .T for incoming called number at the POTS dial peer. Is this a Cable and Wireless, which is the provider, problem? Or do I have done anything wrong.

During call establishment the call have entered through a Non-Isdn equipment. In other words, It seems that your isdn call could be travelling through another circuit. So whenever the call path is not end to end isdn, we will see this message during the call setup.
