Hi I hope this is the correct place to post this question.
I am using Cisco 2821 router with a VIC2-4FXO card and 7970 phones. The caller ID is delivered when I plug an analogue phone in on the first/second ring. It is enabled and we have adjusted the number of rings to try and catch it but it still fails. Does anyone know of a reason for this please?
