No data showing in Cisco Desktop Agent Contact Management Pane
After a recent reset of our UCCX (Version 7.0) server, Cisco Desktop Agent has stopped displaying the enterprise data and call activity data in the contact management pane. I have reset Cisco Destop Enterprise Service and also Cisco Unified CCX Engine in the Unified Contact Center Express Admisistration interface but still no data is being displayed.

Thank you for the reply. I don't normally do voip so my knowledge is very limited. How to I get the actual version of CCX and CAD?
I have had a look through the script but not run a debug. I can see that UCCX has a connection to the database that it gets the info from to populate the Desktop Agent application, this is on a different server. The script is running when a call comes in as customers get asked the questions and input there details. They are then never display on Desktop Agent for our phone operators.
