No DRS Following CUCM upgrade 6.1.2 -> 6.1.3 -> 6.15..

Hi all,

We've just upgraded one of our cucm systems from 6.1.2 to 6.1.5 (via 6.1.3) and have tried to take a backup of the new system only to find we not getting any response from the DRS system.

We can log in to the DRS but clicking on Backup Device does nothing for a long time but then comes back with a message about no repsonse from the master or local agent.  We've tried restarting both of the agents plus rebooting the whole system but get the same result?

We're only running on the demo license at the moment, we haven't uploaded our license file, would that explain it?

Hi Simon,

Why dont you try uploading the License file and try taking the backup?

Also try with the CLI commands to take the backup. Just to avoid any browser related issues here.
