No Engaged Tone

Hi,

If a person is on the phone, the caller should get a busy tone or a call wait tone.

Right now he gets a ring tone.Is there any way i can get a busy or call wait tone.

I need to set my Linksys PAP2 adapter with this, i.e. have my line give off an engaged sound to any new caller when I'm already in a call. What do I need to change in the settings to achieve this ?
