No IP address show on H323 Gateway on Call Manager

System- CUCM 8.5.1SU2, H323 Gateway 3845 -IOS 12.2(22)T4

Previously I can see ip address of H323 Gateway on CUCM and I can ping from both side. But when I add more dial-peer and route pattern point to that H323. I found that it cannot make call from both side anymore.

So I try to reset h323 gateway on call manager but after reset I found that no ip address show anymore.

I try to reload router and it doesn't work.

I try to do many on H323 Gateway And it still not work.

No IP address show on H323 Gateway on Call Manager

First of all upgrade your IOS as 12.2 is several years old, go to one of the 15.1 trains i.e. 15.1.4M or at least 12.4 train (latest mainline or T release). Then please provide configuration of your router and screen shot of the GW config in CUCM.

Make sure H323 is bound to an interface you are pining from and to.
