No longer have access to UC520 router

Our UC520 router VM light is not on, and I tried to access the router at 192.168.10.1 like usual, and now I have no access.

I have unplugged the router, waited 1 minute and plugged it back in. Still no green light or access.

It was working fine yesterday.

Any suggestions what the problem is?
