No Mobility "Primary User Device" drop-down for end users
I am attempting to set up Unified Mobility for the first time in CUCM 9.1.2. I have ensured that the Cisco Unified Mobile Voice Access Service is activated and running on the server. However, when I go to the end user there is no field for Primary User Device under the Enable Mobility check box. (I have attached a screenshot.) I feel like something necessary must not be turned on, since even the Help section says there should be a Primary User Device drop-down there. I have several devices (an 8961 and 8851) assigned to me. Any ideas? Thank you.
