I have a problem in cdr table that I export from the callmanager , let me describe my problem in brief , I have 3 callmanager pub & 2 sub version 4.2 also I have billing system the problem happened when I turned the pub and the 1st sub off for my work enviroment , after I turned them on again I found the cdr table on the callmanager doesn't contain any outgoing calls, I restarted the cdr service on the pub and restarted the 3 callmanager and the gateways but the same problem , taking into your consideration that cdr table was genrated properly before.
any idea about that , your fast reply is highly appreciated.
Did you try restarting the CDR service ? From your account, I gather that all inbound calls are getting reflected in CDR ? The issue is only for outbound calls ? Both off-net & on-net ? How long has this been hapenning ? Any recent changes made to the servers ?
