no outgoing calls

I have a CME running for my telephone system. The 48 phones are divided among IP phones and analog phones connected to VoIP gateways (ATA 186).

So far i'm able to make calls:

Between IP phones (in & out)

Between IP phones and analog phones connected to ATA 186 (only in), in other words the analog phone interfacing the ATA 186 is receiving calls from the IP phones, but they are not able to make outgoing calls.

I have used different analog phones thinking that the problem is from the phone, but i'm still getting the same result.

This is my third post regarding the same issue. I didn't get effective help with the first 2 posts, so please any ideas?
