No QoS stats showing up in CDR/CMR records

I've noticed on CDR/CMR records at two client sites that no QoS stats are showing up in the records. For example I go into CAR and do a query of CDR records for a particular extension. When I look at any specific record The "Packets Lost", "Jitter" and "Delay" fields are always 0 or NA.

Do I have to enable something to collect this data? TIA

0 means there was no delay, packet loss, delay, etc

NA means the endpoint is not capable of delivering CMR data to look at it

Look at your services on the CM the phone is registered to. In the Call manager service check that "call diagnostics enabled" is set to TRUE. This is under the clusterparameters.

then try the report.
