No ringback on a single phone

Hi to you all,

I am having strange problem with one single 6941 IP phone not hearing ringack when making calls. This is for internal and external calls. The rest of the phones at site are fine but when this one makes calls, they don't hear any ringback, but when the call connects, they will hear audio. I guess it could be annunciator problem, but why would this be affecting single phone? This is Call Manager 9.

Can the phone be called at all?   Is it a speaker/handset problem?
