I am creating E1 trunks to Nortel PBX from my Cisco Voice gateway. The trunk is configured with "primary-net5" isdn signalling.
The Nortel PBX is not getting any ringback when they make any incoming calls. In the "debug isdn q931", I can clearly see the the "ALERT" message and the "Progress indcator" being sent to the remote end. But they are not getting any ringback from my end.
Is there anything I can do from my side so that they will get ringback to the remote end?
