no ringback tone

Hi

I have the following ennvironement:

for outgoing: MOCS---IPIP GW---h323 Gateway----PSTN

for incoming: PSTN---h323 GW---CCM 4.2---SIP Trunk---IPIP GW---SIP----MOCS

This scenario because the h323 GW is not supporting SIP over TCP.

The problem is, when the MOCS Client has forwarded all calls to an external number, the calling party does not hear a ringback tone. If there is no cfa it works fine. Any idea why this happens?

You may try disabling the Alerting Progress Indicator service parameter to False in Cisco CallManager
