No tftp server setting for WIP310-G2

We are trying to set up a WIP310-G2 phone with our CallManager v8.0 of which we have several of these phones already set up.  When setting the phone parameters via the WIP310 phone page under admin login, system, the TFTP server setting is not there.  The bottom of the page shows NTP server and Secondary NTP server but the setting for TFTP server doesn't show and therefore we cannot connect the phone to the CallManager.  The phone is running 5.0.12(12231538) firmware.

Any suggestions on how to set the TFTP server to the address of the CallManager?

As a note, I found an old XP machine since the upgrade doesn't work on Win7 and upgraded the phone to the lastest 5.0.13(04261322) firmward and there is no change.  On the info page, there is a blank listing for TFTP server but there is still no setting for TFTP server on the system page where it is usually set from.
