No video between Cisco C40 and Sony pcs-11 or pcs-1 - ISDN Protocol

                   Hi everybody ,

I have a problem that is,  i have no video between Cisco C40 and Sony PCS-1 ou PCS-11 , when the call is ISDN.

When the call is H323 works fine.

I have a paired gateway isdn link for isdn calls.

I've upgrade the C40 to TC 6.2.1 and the result is the same.

I made a isdn call from Cisco C40 to Polycom  systems and everything works fine.

Sony PCS-11  version : 01.06

Sony PCS-1 version : 01.07

C40   version : TC 6.2.1

Isdn gateway : IL 1.1.10

Does anybody have this problem or can help-me on this?

I forgot to tell you that i dont's have video only in Sony side , in C40 i have video.

OK ,this problem was solved on  the ISDN Calls to the Sony systems changing the encryption parameter on the ISDN LINK Module to “No encryption”.
