Noise in Speaker Mode

Hi,

We are having CUCM 7.1.3 with 7942 phones.

Everything works fine from the phone , but when phones are speaker mode we got some noise .

This is only happens when phones are speaker mode.

Update phone firmware.

Either the phone has some faulty hardware or your hitting some bug in your firmware.

What firmware version are you using on the phone?
