Yes there is the Nokia E Series (E61/E61i/E65) that are both 802.11 WiFi GSM/3G.
There is also the Nokia Intellisync Call Connect client application available for these Symbian OS Devices, that will let you run the phone as a "skinny" client to certain versions of Callmanager and Callmanager Express.
They can also run as native SIP endpoints over WiFi, but this functionality is very dependent on the Operator Firmware version.
