NON WORKING SCENARIO:
>> when we press the hold button on cisco IP phone, call manager signal the phone to join the multicast IP address of Music On hold(MOH)
But The phone sending IGMP request to a router and querying to join multicast adrs of MOH , !!! Not sure why phone is not directly sending to to join multicast adrs of MOH.
under the IGMP multicast IP address, MOH Ip was in “change to exclude mode”. I think, the phone will not receive the traffic if the IP address is added under “change to exclude mode”. :
