Hi ,
we are facing an issue where we have configured a new user in CUCM and wanted to create the voice mail for the same. But when we try do the same, it shows an error that a duplicate mailbox already exists for the same user, but when we search for the same in the database, it doesnot show any result through any paramaters.

Hi,
I take it you are searching through the Unity database and can not find the duplicate user.
Try looking through the Unity's Active directory.
If it is there then delete it AD.
You should then be able to add the account as normal from the unity admin

I'd try to use the bunny killer to see if it still has unity properties, if it has and it shouldn't, remove them and try again.
