Not able to dial International Number!!

Hi

Am facing issue when dialing International number...

Kindly help its really urgent.....

Please check your "calling & called party plan type" and "calling & called party number of digits" required by Telco.

Both are correct b/c when am dialing the number from my GSM its going.

The number that you are dialing from GSM is going through your gateway?

Can you please post the debug of the successful call i.e. call you are dialing from your GSM?

No, from My gsm am going directly towards PSTN.

Also from ISDN all national, GSM working properly only probles we are facing with International...

I would suggest you to provide debug output of successful through your gateway for local or national.

Also you can ask your Telco for the reason of disconnecting international call because call is being disconnected from their side. So they can provide you some information regarding their expectation for international calls.

Not able to dial International Number!!

When you make international call you are sending calling number as '977' to Telco , do the same 3 digit calling number you send when you dial national number from this ISDN router?

we have E1 Pri line with 100 DID's starting from 900 to 999

Not able to dial International Number!!

Can you try by adding these commands

voice rtp send-recv

voice call convert-discpi-to-prog

Please co-ordinate online with Telco and get the feedback from them regarding call disconnect, because if you are sending correct information from your side then information from them will help you for finding the cause.

You need to check with Telco as the call was disconnecting from Telco side.

Check with them why they are disconnecting as "Cause i = 0x829F" is a Telco side error.
