Not able to hear Ring Back

Hi,

We have CUCM 7.1 & Siemens EPBX. We have integrated CUCM with Siemens Voice gateway by H.323 and siemens voice gateway has connected to Siemens EPBX by E1.

Now when Cisco IP phone calls to Siemens phone, we are not getting a ring back. But call is getting establish.

When Siemens user calls on Cisco IP phone, they are able to hear ring back and call is getting establish.

Also when Cisco or Siemens calls each other we are not getting Caller Name. I think Caller name will not work in this scenarion. But just need your input.

Need your help.
