Not able to locate Forced Authorization Codes

Hi All,

I am not able to locate the FAC configuration on CCM4.0 (2),

The DOC "Cisco CallManager Features and Services Guide, Release 4.0"

Says it is located in

Step 1 Choose Feature > Forced Authorization Code.

The Find and List window displays.

But it doesn?t seems to appear there if any one can let me know if any prior configuration needs to be done for that , it would be great help

The giude that you are looking at is for 4.1.3. In your version of callmanager there is not FAC codes yet. This was implemented in 4.1. check out this document.

Forced Authorization Codes are not available in CCM 4.0. For some reason Cisco skipped 4.0 but then re-implemented them in 4.1.
