Not able to make outgoing calls from Voice rtr

Hi,

We are setting up CUCM 7.0 & have integrated the same with voice gateway Cisco 2821 using MGCP.Now we are testing the communication link (PRI - E1) from the router by doing a test call.

Problem: We are not able to make test calls from our voice gateway router.

We are able to see ISDN link up with 'multiple-frame established'

I have attached the rtr bkp & debug output.Any ideas ?

Re: Not able to make outgoing calls from Voice rtr

Hello,

Im not too sure what is causing the problem with outbound calls, however on the inbound call, you are getting the error "unallocated/unassigned number". This means that CUCM cannot find a pattern (phone, route pattern, translation pattern, CTI route point) etc with 777.

Check that ext 777 is in a partition that is reachable by the gateway's calling search space.

Hope that helped, if so please rate.
