Not able to transfer the call in vg224

Hi,

Not able to transfer the call from vg224 extension to any extension.IOS version is 12.4(15T)

Hi.

By default DNs associated with analog phones have enabled only 1 max. call; increasing to 2, it will allow you to get the dial tone and make the transfer.
