not able transfer the call from Third party IVR to pstn

hi,

I have third party IVR(altitude) which is intergated with Cisco CCM via sip trunk .When i transfer the call to any pstn number.I receive one ring.When i transfer the call to internal extension it works.

Any body have similiar issue before

Pls explain the exact call flow as to where the call comes from, which components it traverses through & the final destination.

Also, presently what happens to the transferred call after one ring ? gets Busy tone, drops or what ?

Always, mention complete versions of software involved e.g. CUCM etc.
