Not receiving incoming calls on the CME

Using a SIP trunk to a service provider I am able to call out but incoming calls are not getting through. Every once and a while a call will get through from a strange number. Any time I call the number provided by the ISP I get a number not in service message.

I have attached my running config.

I know there is some extra stuff in there but It should still work?

Hi,

can you provide debugs from the router for the failed incoming call.

debug ccsip messages

debug voip ccapi inout

also please provide calling and called number and expected incoming and outgoing dial-peers

thanks,

I have attached a syslog for the SIP auth. but it looks my call is not even showing up on the debug. Is there something wrong with my dial peers? Im not sure what number you want for called and calling.

Thanks for your help this has been driving me crazy.

I've seriously never seen a worse format to look at debugs than an excel spreadsheet CSV. This is the opposite of phenomenal.

Can you please post something that doesn't require excel to look at?
