NTP issuePhones not Getting Correct time

Good day Experts, I have a call manager that has been running for 4 yrs now and recently it lost time tried to play around with time settings but my time zones is always 8hrs behind. I tried to configure different NTP server in CUCM but no luck i ended up lying to it by putting it in a time zone 8hrs ahead. Unity still messes us up as when its work hours it says outside working hours. I realised that i need to change the NTP time. It is installed on a Cisco BE6K meaning its a VMware installation i want to access Cisco Unified OS admnistration I dont know how i can access it as i dont have the password what i have is password for Cisco Unified administrators. Can someone send me a link with a proper working walk through to assist me reset the password as this i feel will allow me reset the password and i can then confogure the right NTP i await your input experts.

the process to login with username pwrecovery and password pwreset.

 

You should be able to do a quick google search the procedure should be the same as the 8.6, procedures.

 

utils ntp status once in you should see your problem.
