Problem:NTP service is running, but time is not updating
Publisher is set to use 192.168.1.201 as the NTP server.
The subscriber pulls time from the publisher.
IP phones pull time from the subscriber.
The Publisher is running about 2 minutes slower then the NTP server.
The subscriber is running about 7 minutes slower then the publisher.
The time on the phones match the subscriber.
We have tried removing NTP and rebooting. The re-enabling NTP and rebooting. The times do not update. I tried to stop and start the NTP service from the command line. I get '%error stopping service'.
